Our children experience a creative curriculum that provides opportunities for connections to be made between different areas of learning. We provide the children with the chance to find out and discover new ideas which then help direct their learning. In the final part of the academic year children will experience their end of key stage one assessment.
As we are an Infant school, the children in Year Two are the oldest within the school; a position that all children thrive upon! All children are given responsibilities and opportunities in their learning that help them to become more independent, confident learners who are ready to move on the Junior School. Our children are actively involved in the running of our school through the position of school monitors, who help to organise everyone! We work alongside the Junior School to ensure that the transition to the Junior School is positive and familiar for all of our children.
